WE WISH TO INFORM YOU ABOUT THE MURDEROUS ATTACK AGAINST
KOSTANTINA KOYNEBA GENERAL SECRETARY OF ASSOCIATION OF
CLEANERS
On monday, 22/12/08, roughly about 12:10 Kostantina
Koyneba, the Secretary-General of Union of Cleaners and
Domestic Personnel while returning from her work, was the victim
of a Murderous Attack with ACID. She is hospitalized in
critical condition, in the intensive care unit of hospital
Eyaggelismos having suffered serious damage in her eyes and
face , with the conclusion of losing her sight from one of
her eyes and has suffered permanent damage in other vital
body organs. She is in danger of losing her life.
Kostantina, is a woman, mother of underage child, worker,
syndicalist and immigrant. That though was not enough for
her and she wanted to be a real syndiclist, to fight for
working rights. Such audacity couldn’t be accepted. She should
be targeted and punished!!
Kostantina and the association of cleaners have persisted,
trying the past few year to “raise the curtain” and reveal
all that is hidden under, particularly in works under
contract to public services. Silence!! The state sleeps and
does not understand! The administrations of organisms,
enterprises, hospitals, sleep and do not understand.!
The “official” syndicalism does not understand!
Small and big crimes take place each day, human rights are
disregarded, no one understands human dignity . They answer
with one voice: the minister, the governors of hospitals,
the chairmans of public organisms:”It is not my concern”.But
all working rights are trampled, we don’t get the social
security stamps that are due to us ,we aren’t payed for all
the hours we have worked, they force us to sign white papers
with acceptances that they did not give, we are forced to
sign contracts of “self-wanted” retirement, they register non
existent shifts , don’t get payed the overtimes we do, we don’t
get insurance for “heavy and hazardous ” job, we don’t get the
right for pension.
Psychological violence and blackmailing with
redundancies and “black lists” is practiced upon us.
They set up employer-controlled unions in order for us to
be represented by lackeys and the submissives of the
contract bearers. Daily we point the finger about all these
facts. To the regulation services, to IKA ( Organisation of
Social Security), to trade-unions. We register lawsuits,
filled both collectively and individualy. We ask for
papers that concern our own labor relations and they invoke
the right of personal data!!When we accomplish, after
tremendous difficulties, to approach the ministerial
offices in order to have obvious things enforced and have
the legal regime changed ;the same legal regime that allows
employers to use practices similar to those of the cosa
nostra in both public and private enterprises, the
ministers won’t even understand what we attest even though same
things as the above happen to cleaning workers in their own
ministries !! We faced the same attitude , from both the SEPE
(Work Inspection Force) and the KEPEK (Work Dangers
Prevention Center) where we resorted to ask for inspections
at our working places . An enormous file from our action
against the criminal behavior of our employers exists. We
have denounced all of the above and have shared it with the
Mass Media. THE FACTUAL ANSWER of EVERYONE REMAINS THE SAME:
WE ARE NOT INTERESTED!!
How is this possible? In your ministries, in your hospitals,
in your HSAPs (Electrical Railways Athens-Pireas Anonymous)
Konstantina used to work… Aren’t in effect even those
incomplete laws and regulations you have , do black holes for the
contractors exist? Their answer is disarming!
“We assign and we pay the contractors in order to clean.With
who they work, how they work, it is their concern, not
ours”.Against all this Konstantina fighted, and therefore
they gave her this hideous answer!!
Kostantina is in danger. It is the fourth day she spends in
intensive care and still there hasn’t been a process to
uncover all guilty! They will try for one more time to
answer that this is not of their concern.We however will
insist again to raise the curtain every time it is needed
and we will reveal all that is hidden.
They attempted to murder Konstantina AND IT IS OUR CONCERN!
We raise a call to all workers greek and immigrant, the
youth thathas “taken the streets”, every honest and decent
person to show their solidarity . To reveal the moral and
natural perpetrators, that are hidden behind the attempt to
murder Kostantina.
– To reveal everyone who kills us each day because all of
us Greeks and Immigrants.IT IS OUR CONCERN!!
We call the government to undertake her responsibilities.
– Immediately find and are reveal the guilty.
– The working rights to be applied and the labour ghetto
of contract works of cleaning broken down.
– Kick out the slave ring of contractors in every ministry
and public service.
– We call ou to all trade unions , institutions and workers
in the Mass Media for energetic support.
The solution of this hideous crime is a debt of honor for
every civilized person.

ΚΑΤΑΓΓΕΛΟΥΜΕ ΤΗΝ ΔΟΛΟΦΟΝΙΚΗ ΕΠΙΘΕΣΗ ΕΝΑΝΤΙΑ ΣΤΗΝ ΚΩΣΤΑΝΤΙΝΑ ΚΟΥΝΕΒΑ ΓΕΝ. ΓΡΑΜΜΑΤΕΑ ΤΟΥ ΣΩΜΑΤΕΙΟΥ ΚΑΘΑΡΙΣΤΡΙΩΝ
Την Δευτέρα στις 22/12/08 στις 12:10 περίπου το βράδυ η Κωσταντίνα Κούνεβα γενική γραμματέας της Παναττικής Ένωσης Καθαριστριών και Οικιακού Προσωπικού επιστέφοντας από την δουλειά της δέχτηκε Δολοφονική Επίθεση με ΟΞΥ. Νοσηλέυεται σε κρίσιμη κατάσταση στην εντατική μονάδα του νοσοκομείου Ευαγγελισμός έχοντας υποστεί σοβαρές βλάβες στα μάτια και στο πρόσωπο, με αποτέλεσμα να έχει χάσει την όρασή της απο το ένα μάτι και να έχει υποστεί μόνιμες βλάβες σε άλλα ζωτικά όργανα. Kινδυνεύει η ίδια η ζωή της.
Η Κωσταντίνα ,είναι γυναίκα,μητέρα ενός ανήλικου παιδιού,εργαζόμενη,συνδικαλίστρια και μετανάστρια.Δεν τις έφτανε όμως αυτό ήθελε και επέμενε να είναι πραγματική συνδικαλίστρια και να παλεύει για εργατικά δικαιώματα. Τέτοιο θράσος δεν μπορούσε να γίνει ανεκτό.Έπρεπε να στοχοποιηθεί και να τιμωρηθεί!!
Η Κωσταντίνα και το σωματείο καθαριστριών προσπαθούν και επιμένουν τα τελευταία χρόνια να τραβάνε την κουρτίνα και να αποκαλύπτουν όλα όσα κρύβονται κάτω απο τις εργολαβίες ιδιαίτερα στις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες.Σιωπή!!το κράτος κοιμάται και δεν καταλαβαίνει!Οι διοικήσεις των οργανισμών, των επιχειρήσεων, των νοσοκομείων κοιμούνται και δεν καταλαβαίνουν.!Ο επίσημος συνδικαλισμός δεν καταλαβαίνει!
Συντελούνται κάθε μέρα μικρά και μεγάλα εγκλήματα,παραβιάζονται τα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα,η ανθρώπινη αξιοπρέπεια κανένας δεν καταλαβαίνει.Απαντούν με ένα στόμα ο υπουργός, ο διοικητής του νοσοκομείου, ο πρόεδρος του οργανισμού <>.Μα καταπατούνται όλα τα εργατικά δικαιώματα,δεν μας βάζουν ένσημα,δεν μας πληρώνουν τις ώρες που εργαζόμαστε,μας βάζουν και υπογράφουμε λευκά χαρτιά με αποδοχές που ποτέ δεν μας έδωσαν,υπογράφουμε με την πρόσληψη την οικιοθελή αποχώρηση,δηλώνουν πλασματικές ώρες, δεν μας πληρώνουν τις υπερωρίες,δεν μας κολάνε τα βαρέα και δεν θεμελιώνουμε δικαίωμα σύνταξης,μας ασκούν ψυχολογική βία εκβιάζοντάς μας με απολύσεις και <>
Στήνουν εργοδοτικά σωματεία για να μας εκπροσωπήσουν οι Προσωπάρχες και οι υποτακτικοί τον εργολάβων.Καταγγέλουμε καθημερινά στις ελεγκτικές υπηρεσίες, στο ΙΚΑ, στα ανώτατα συνδικαλιστικά όργανα.Κατεβαίνουμε με αγωγές,ομαδικές και ατομικές.Ζητάμε στοιχεία που αφορούν τις εργασιακές μας σχέσεις και επικαλούνται προσωπικά δεδομένα!!Οταν καταφέρνουμε,με χίλια ζόρια,να προσεγγίσουμε τα υπουργικά γραφεία για να εφαρμοστούν τα αυτονόητα και να αλλάξει το νομικό καθεστώς που επιτρέπει στις δημόσιες και στις ιδιωτικές επιχειρήσεις να επικρατούν απο την εργοδοσία οι πρακτικές της cosa nostra,ούτε αυτοί καταλαβαίνουν και ας καταγγέλουμε και στους υπουργούς οτι τα ίδια γίνονται με τις εργολαβίες καθαρισμού και μέσα στα υπουργεία τους!!Ίδια λίγο πολυ αντιμετώπιση,απο τα ΣΕΠΕ και τα ΚΕΠΕΚ που καταφεύγουμε για επιθεωρήσεις στους τόπους εργασίας.Υπάρχει ενας τεράστιος φάκελος απο τη δράση μας για την εγκληματική συμπεριφορά της εργοδοσίας.Τα καταγγείλαμε και στα ΜΜΕ.Η ΕΜΠΡΑΚΤΗ ΑΠΑΝΤΗΣΗ ΟΛΩΝ ΠΑΡΑΜΕΝΕΙ Η ΙΔΙΑ ΔΕΝ ΜΑΣ ΕΝΔΙΑΦΕΡΕΙ!!
Μα ειναι δυνατόν;Μέσα στο υπουργείο σας,μεσα στο νοσοκομείο σας,μέσα στους ΗΣΑΠ που δούλευε η Κωνσταντίνα…να μην ισχύουν ούτε καν αυτοι οι λειψοί νόμοι και οι κανονισμοί,να υπάρχουν μαύρες νησίδες απο τους εργολάβους;Η απάντηση τους ειναι αφοπλιστική!<>.Με όλο αυτό το κατεστημένο τα έβαλε η Κωσταντίνα,γιαυτό της έδωσαν αυτή την τόσο αποτρόπαια απάντηση!!
Η Κωσταντίνα κινδυνεύει είναι για τέταρτη μέρα στην εντατική και ακόμα δεν έχει κινηθεί καμμία διαδικασία για να βρεθουν οι ενοχοι!Θα προσπαθήσουν για άλλη μια φορά να απαντήσουν δεν μας ενδιαφέρει.Εμείς όμως θα επιμείνουμε και θα ξανατραβήξουμε την κουρτίνα όσες φορές χρειαστεί και θα αποκαλύψουμε όλα όσα κρύβονται.
Την Κωσταντίνα επιχείρησαν να την δολοφονήσουν ΚΙ ΕΜΑΣ ΜΑΣ ΕΝΔΙΑΦΕΡΕΙ!!!
Καλούμε όλους τους εργαζόμενους Έλληνες και Μετανάστες,την νεολαία που έχει κατέβει στους δρόμους,καθε έντιμο και αξιοπρεπή άνθρωπο σε αλληλεγγύη και συμπαράσταση.Να αποκαλύψουμε τους ηθικούς και φυσικούς αυτουργούς, που κρύβονται πίσω απο την απόπειρα δολοφονίας της Κωσταντίνας.
-Να αποκαλύψουμε όλους όσους μας σκοτώνουν κάθε μέρα γιατί όλους και όλες εμάς Έλληνες και Μετανάστες.ΜΑΣ ΕΝΔΙΑΦΕΡΕΙ!!
Καλούμε την κυβέρνηση να αναλάβει τις ευθύνες της.
-Να βρεθούν άμεσα και να αποκαλυφθούν οι ένοχοι.
-Να εφαρμοστούν τα εργατικά δικαιώματα και να σπάσουν τα εργασιακά γκέτο των εργολαβιών καθαρισμού.
-Να πεταχτούν έξω απο τα υπουργεία και τις δημόσιες υπηρεσίες οι εργολάβοι δουλέμποροι.
-Καλούμε όλα τα συνδικάτα όλους τους φορείς και τους εργαζομένους στα ΜΜΕ σε ενεργητική συμπαράσταση.
Η αποκάλυψη του αποτρόπαιου εγκλήματος ειναι χρέος τιμής για κάθε πολιτισμένο άνθρωπο.
Η ΣΙΩΠΗ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΣΥΝΕΝΟΧΗ!!
